ซึ่งในปัจจุบันการสัมภาษณ์งานด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ ถือได้ว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสัมภาษณ์งานไปเสียแล้ว องค์กรหรือหน่วยงานไหน ๆ ก็ต้องถามความสามารถการใช้ภาษาหรือระดับภาษาของผู้สมัคร เพราะปฏิเสธไม่ได้เลยว่าหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรส่วนใหญ่ต้องการคนที่มีความรู้ทางด้านภาษานั้นเอง และหากผู้สัมภาษณ์งานสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ นั้นหมายความว่ามีโอกาสที่จะได้งานนั้นเพิ่มมากขึ้นแน่นอน
